Sunday Service
We meet at 11 am except for the last Sunday of the month when we have Messy Church at 4 p.m.
Children and Youth
Primary age children are currently catered for with “Kids Sunday Fun”, a rolling programme of teaching and activity taking place during the main teaching part of the services. A crèche is also available. In addition, we have run Youth Alpha.
Messy Church
We started running “Messy Church” in May 2010 and it now takes place on a monthly basis at 4-6 p.m. on the last Sunday afternoon of the month. Messy Church is structured around a Biblical story or theme and includes crafts and activities, a short teaching and music session, and importantly, a meal together. All provided free of charge and for all ages, with or without kids! All welcome, from any church or none.
Alpha
We have finished our most recent Alpha course, and are planning our next one in the Autumn.
First Things
A meeting on the first Sunday of the month, held in the Dollar Civic Centre at 7 p.m. The name comes from some of the early instructions of Jesus to His disciples which was basically go and tell and demonstrate the good news of the kingdom. So, “First Things” is enjoying the good news of that kingdom with praise and worship. Also Biblical teaching and the offer of prayer ministry to anyone who would like to receive this. At the end of the meeting there is time for chat over tea and coffee.
